The information below explains the planned process. Approved purchase declarations and their reviewed Telugu versions are not available yet. Online acceptance is currently unavailable. Your enquiry remains a request for dealership follow-up.

The dealership must confirm permitted payment channels, the original payer, cancellation charges and the refund time in writing. Ask for the approved cancellation table before paying. Refund and forfeiture rules are awaiting approval.

D2 · Booking, then invoice and handover
At booking, confirm your chosen model and provisional quotation. Finance documents are reviewed when available. Before invoicing, confirm the actual vehicle, price and offer. At handover, inspect the vehicle identified by its chassis number. Changes require fresh acceptance.

D3 · When choosing insurance
Review the insurer, policy terms, exclusions, premium and optional covers before making your choice. Product names must remain accurate in both languages. A vehicle enquiry does not select or purchase insurance.

D4 · After exchange eligibility is confirmed
Eligibility, ownership evidence, valuation and any bonus must be confirmed against the applicable dated Piaggio scheme. Vehicle transfer filing and completion must be tracked separately. Exceptions require dealership approval.

D5 · Only if the chosen offer applies
Upgrade and scrappage are separate choices. The dealership must confirm eligibility and whether offers may be combined under the applicable Piaggio scheme before requesting acceptance. Hyundai model lists and HMIL rules do not apply to this website.

Each applicable document needs its own acceptance. English and Telugu wording must be approved together. An OTP acknowledgement is described as electronically accepted. The acceptance record must identify the customer, document version, exact text, language and time. A change to the price, vehicle or offer requires fresh acceptance.
This website does not collect Aadhaar or PAN. If identity evidence is required during your purchase, ask the dealership which accepted alternatives are available. Do not send identity copies, OTPs or signed documents to a WhatsApp group.
